OJOPY was born from an uncomfortable truth in real estate: the seller always knows more than the buyer. That information asymmetry is where capital gets lost. We close the gap: we detect projects early in public sources and show you what can be verified before the hype arrives.

We're not brokers. We don't sell real estate. We don't take fees from the seller.

The radar surfaces projects before the portals do. The engine checks what's promised against public sources and opens the evidence: what was found, what's missing, and what the risks are. On the buyer's side, always.

Why we exist

Information asymmetryThe seller knows the approved blueprint, the title folio, and the real yield. The buyer doesn't. We exist to close that gap.

What makes us useful is what we forbid ourselves. One rule governs everything: we work for the buyer, not for the seller.

We work for the buyerWe don't take fees from the developer or the seller. Our only client is the one putting up the money, so we have no reason to dress anything up.
We don't sell real estateWe're not brokers and we're not a portal. We have no inventory and no commission riding on your signature. If a signal carries risk, we put it in plain sight.
We don't replace your lawyerWe don't replace your notary or your lawyer. We prepare you: you walk into that meeting knowing exactly what to ask and what to demand.
We don't sell certaintyWe don't tell you "buy" or "don't buy." We give you the risks, the gaps, and the questions. The decision stays yours.

The engine does the heavy lifting: it cross-references signals across many public sources in minutes and the verdict is algorithmic — never a buy recommendation. But the value isn't the algorithm; it's the traceable clarity it produces: every risk and every data point links back to its source so you can verify it yourself, or hand it to your lawyer.
